Custom or made-to-order orders take between 3-10 business days to be processed and packaged for delivery to the courier service depending on the product you are purchasing. Read the description of each product to see exactly how long they take to process.
For ready-to-ship products with inventory, it takes us between 24 and 48 business hours to process and package them for delivery to the courier service.
Once the courier receives the order, delivery times to all of Mexico are between 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping area. When your package is ready to be delivered to the courier service, we will send you an email or message through which you can track your order at all times.
The shipping amount is calculated once you have created your cart and filled in the shipping address information.
The courier used for your order is mainly Estafeta, but if there is no coverage for your area, another courier could be used.
